We’re excited to share that Joanne Mumbey, founder of BeyLoved Pairings and one of our 2025 Crafted Fellows, has been named to Wine Enthusiast’s prestigious Future 40 list! This annual recognition celebrates innovators and leaders shaping the future of wine, beer, spirits, and beyond. Through BeyLoved Pairings, Joanne curates unforgettable beer-and-food experiences that spotlight vibrant and often underrepresented global cuisines spanning Africa, the Caribbean, Asia, and Latin America. Originally from Uganda, she brings a unique perspective to the craft beverage space as a Certified Cicerone, a culinary school-trained registered dietitian, and a passionate educator. When she’s not running her business, you can find her behind the bar at Green Bench Brewing Co. in St. Petersburg, Florida, sharing her love of beer, cider, and mead with the community.

Kimber Warren, Founder of Sela K, has officially been accepted into the Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business program—a prestigious, no-cost 10-week business education initiative that equips solo entrepreneurs with tools to grow their ventures and build wealth. At Sela K, Kimber is redefining luxury stemware—blending artistry and elegance to elevate every sip. As a fellow in the Black in Business program, Kimber will gain access to powerful resources—mentorship, strategic advisors, and a dynamic network of entrepreneurs—to refine her business strategy, pricing, operations, and marketing. By joining this cohort, Kimber is not only elevating Sela K’s potential but also strengthening her voice in the intersection of design, culture, and entrepreneurship.
