In 2020, Crafted for Action was born from a simple but powerful idea: that craft beverages can be a catalyst for connection, inclusivity, and change. What started as a vision to create meaningful conversations around diversity, equity, and inclusion in the craft industry has now grown into a flagship conference and community platform.

So what goes into building an event like Crafted for Action? It starts with our pillars: craft, community, and culture. We center underrepresented voices, highlight innovation, and create experiences that go beyond the glass. From thought-provoking panels and hands-on workshops to beer shares, bike rides, and music-filled parties, every element is designed to reflect the richness of our community.
The work is year-round. We engage with sponsors, plan programming, connect with Fellows, and collaborate with partners like Barrel & Flow Festival to ensure each event leaves a lasting impact. And each year, the Crafted for Action community grows stronger—bringing together brewers, entrepreneurs, creatives, and supporters who believe in the power of craft.

Our journey hasn’t just been about beer or beverages. It’s about people. It’s about creating a welcoming space where everyone feels they belong. And as we enter our sixth year in Atlanta, we’re more committed than ever to building craft, community, and culture together.
Be part of the story. Register today for the 2025 Crafted for Action Conference and join us in shaping the future of craft.
