About Crafted Fellows, Inc.
Crafted Fellows, Inc. is a nonprofit organization expanding access to education, entrepreneurship, and professional growth in the beverage and hospitality industries. We center BIPOC entrepreneurs and emerging professionals while building a community where knowledge, resources, and meaningful connections create opportunities to thrive.
Through business development, hands-on learning, mentorship, and credentialing opportunities, we help people take their next step, whether that means growing a venture, developing their craft, or advancing their career.
Our Programs
There’s more than one way to grow. Our programs support entrepreneurs, professionals, and enthusiasts at different stages of their journeys.
Fellows Accelerator
A business development program supporting BIPOC-owned beverage and related ventures through mentorship, strategic guidance, and community. Fellows strengthen their businesses and prepare to share their vision in our annual microgrant pitch competition.
Crafted Academy
A space for practical learning and professional development. Through workshops, expert-led sessions, and hands-on experiences, Crafted Academy helps participants build skills, deepen their knowledge, and connect with others across the beverage and hospitality industries.
Homebrew Competition
An opportunity for homebrewers to showcase their craft, receive feedback, and connect with the broader beverage community. Our competition celebrates creativity and skill while encouraging continued learning and growth.
Certification Opportunities
Through Crafted Academy, we help connect participants with beverage certification courses, study support, and testing opportunities. Our goal is to reduce barriers to credentialing and help participants prepare for their next professional milestone.

We're proud of the work we're doing to serve and support the next wave of change-makers in the craft beverage community! To date, we've supported 24 BIPOC ventures, have awarded $30,500 in microgrants, and have secured over $25,000 of in-kind support. And we're just getting started!
