The Team
Jen founded Crafted for Action after being smacked in the face by a global pandemic (like the rest of the world). Beer and community seemed to be the only thing keeping her afloat...so she created a whole conference around that notion.
With a background in advertising and getting shit done, Shanelle leads coordination efforts with vendors, volunteers, and sponsors. She's a truly invaluable member of the team and has been around since the inception of CraftBeerCon.
Swirv, as he is affectionately known, is adept at advocating, calling people to the carpet, and elevating issues most expeditiously. He's also in charge of logistics, venue coordination and operations to keep the trains running on time.
